You just bought Mom a present, and Father's Day is right around the corner, take this time to do something special for you.  With all the wonderful intention you can imagine in your beautiful head, try this:
 
Love yourself and honor your every wish, by giving yourself a very special gift, the gift of  visual intention.  This visual gift can manifest your very own intention and becomes the reminder to make sure the universe knows what you want.  By the way, the universe is always just tapping it's hand waiting for us to clear the space and create a void so it can fill it with the glory of our desires.  Nature abhors a vacuum, right? 

Have something you really want in life? Create a special, visual reminder with your intentions embedded inside. You can tailor it to you as much as you'd like.  Want a special picture of yourself living your dream?  Does a certain scent, remind you of a goal you'd like to achieve ... i.e. a life, sipping Margarita's on the beach?  When you close your eyes and dream of what you want, what image comes to mind?

To create your visual intention gift, take these simple steps:

• Say out loud what you want in life. What goals you want to achieve. Do any of these strike a chord? :

• Enhance your bank account
• Improve your relationships with family and friends
• Perk up your love life
• Improve your health
• Connect more with your children
• Get self motivated
• Rev-up your career

• Here's where you need to be the writer for a bit ... (grab your paper and pen)  ... describe in great detail why you chose this area of your life and what specifically you want to have changed.  Remember the more precise you are about what you want, the more clearly you will set that intention.
 
•  Choose your favorite colors.  Incorporate the colors associated with your hearts desires, and your favorites photos, scents,  and the detailed writing and put it all in an decorative open box or bowl.  Make it visually appealing to you so it brings you joy whenever you look at it.

•  Place it in a prominent area in your home. You want to see it when you first walk in or in an area where you spend lots of time.  Remember, "To make something different, we must become that difference." One way to "become that difference" is to sit back gratefully accepting everything the universe has already given you.
