Feng Shui & this Present Moment

Only our whirling mind stands between us and finding our true self. Fnding what we are meant to do in this lifetime. Step back, stop the whirl and peer into the real you. A way to step back is to become present at this very moment. This, in itself, can ignite the fireworks around you.  This also can calm down your whirling mind and let you see what is in front of you. You see, the fireworks has always been there along with the answers you seek in life.

To master the art of staying present and finding out what you are meant to do in this life. Here are some simple yet powerful Feng Shui tips ...

• First, ask the universe, "What do you want me to do?"  "What can I give?" Release this question with an open mind and heart. Your answer will show up in the most obvious and or unexpected way. Be open to the possibilities.

• Add fresh flowers to your desktop while you work. Every once in awhile, stop, become still and look at that perfect single flower that has no worries in the world and just is.  Focus on the flower without  judging. Forget the color, the name of that flower. Just look at it's simple beauty. Realize, this in itself, brings you to this very moment, where all your answers lie. Stay peaceful and present.

• One more way to become present, is to take a walk in nature. Your home garden, your neighborhood trail, the local park, all can bring you to the moment when you "stop and smell the roses". That recognized saying holds the truth. Feng Shui says, intense power comes to places we inhabit via purposeful and profound connections with nature.  Focusing on ourselves is endless looking in a mirror, reading the same story, replaying the same tape over and over and over again. The truth lies in front of us... "stop and smell the roses" and become present.
